The University Grants Commission (UGC), National Board of Accreditation (NBA), and the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 emphasize the importance of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), which focuses on what students learn and are capable of achieving upon completion of their programs. This learner-centric approach enhances accountability, quality, and continuous improvement in higher education. YSPM has successfully implemented OBE across all its academic programs and remains dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of academic excellence.

As an autonomous institution, YSPM follows the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS), which provides students with the flexibility to choose courses across disciplines and earn academic credits based on their interests and career aspirations.
